Anytime there is cause for celebration, food is involved; and St. Patrick’s Day is no exception because this commemoration is a feast day! If you’d like to read more about him and his life, you can go here.
Back to the Food! This year, I made my first attempt at cooking corned beef and cabbage with mashed potatoes, and a corned beef hash. Both were very delicious and was fun to make. I am sure the recipe for the hash will come up here soon. In the mean time, here is what I produced.
