Valentine’s Day, also known as Saint Valentine’s Day, is a celebration observed on February 14 each year. It is a time when people express their affection for one another with greetings, gifts, and acts of kindness. The holiday has evolved to encompass not only romantic love, but also friendship and appreciation for loved ones. It is often marked by the exchange of cards, flowers, and chocolates among loved ones. In many countries, Valentine’s Day is a popular occasion for couples to celebrate their love for each other with special outings and romantic gestures.
This Valentine’s Day is extra special as it is the first one in many a year that I have a romantic partner. My Boo, Krissy, has been an amazing and supportive friend, and now partner. So this year, I will be doing something special! I will be cooking a lovely surf ‘n turf meal that is sure to please. Stay tuned for that meal and what I will create.
